The beauty of remote working is that vets can take their consultations from the clinic or from home. Vets simply need a laptop or a computer with webcam and microphone. They'll also need a recent operating system and browser.
We recommend that vets wear uniform or smart clothes if possible for a friendly, professional image. As plain a background as possible also adds to a feeling of professionalism- this could be a wall of the consulting room or the home office. A desk lamp may be needed at home to ensure the vet is appropriately lit, but natural light from a window is ideal. In the consulting room, the fluorescent lights are normally sufficient.
