1. A pop-up asking for permission to use the camera/microphone will appear when you go to enter the video consultation, click 'allow' for both of these (and 'don't ask again' if you want to set this to default in the future).
It asks for recording by default in the browser but we do not record any audio or video during video consultations on the platform.
Or, if you need to change camera/microphone permissions manually (i.e. to unblock a site)
1. Open your device settings
2. Select 'apps'
2. Click 'Firefox'
3. Make sure that camera and microphone are toggled to 'on' (blue)
If you then refresh the VetHelpDirect page the changes should take effect.
